Well, that's what this program does! We'll start with an hour long consultation about your current lifestyle and schedule. Your exercise and eating habits, your medical history and a though look at your life right now.
From there we'll create a PERSONALIZED program for you that includes managing what you eat, how much you move, sleep habits and getting enough hydration. I'll text you daily to help keep you on track with your goals and cheer you on. As we progress we fine tune your program with weekly meetings and a monthly progress consultation.
If we find you need to work on other areas, we will include those. Everyone is different and your journey shouldn't look like anyone else's.

You'll have several emails a week from me with my recipes, workout videos, cooking videos, motivation, inspiration and my favorite new finds.
You'll also have a monthly challenge to help you fine tune results and up your game if you're looking for more of an active month. If you're not feeling it or don't have time this is completely optional, but just one more way to imprint those healthy habits you're building!

This program is just the same as by Daily Accountability Coaching, however instead of a daily check in, we'll do check in's on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Many clients graduate to this program after they've reached their goals to help keep them on track. Some graduate to this program after a few months of implementing their new habits.....this program works well if you are structured, and a good self motivator or if you just need a reminder a few times a week that you need to keep on track.
