The Daily Check-In™ is a personalized, day-to-day coaching program that helps busy women finally lose weight in a way that lasts. We go deeper than calories—we rebuild your relationship with food, movement, and yourself.

👉 60-minute intake session (medical history, lifestyle, goals & more)
👉 Daily food, water, movement, and sleep tracking
👉 Daily texts from me—your coach, accountability partner, and biggest cheerleader
👉 Weekly check-ins (virtual or in-person if you’re local)
👉 Custom workouts (or we start with walking—no pressure)
👉 Guidance on real food, higher-protein meals, and smarter choices

How It Works


Step 1: Let’s Talk
Most clients start by texting, emailing, or hopping on a quick call. We’ll chat about your goals, your lifestyle, and whether we’re a good fit. That often flows right into your intake session.

Step 2: Set Up & Get Started
In the first few days, you’ll:

  • Receive a welcome email + intake forms
  • Set up your tracking app
  • Complete a full intake
  • Start logging meals, water, movement, and sleep

Step 3: Daily Check-Ins Begin
Starting on Day 2, you’ll get a personal text from me every single day.

Step 4: Weekly Touchpoints
Each week, we’ll meet to check in, make adjustments, and celebrate progress.

  • Support with sleep, food, stress, movement
  • Monthly measurements & progress pics (if desired)


Time Commitment:

  • ~8 minutes/day to log meals, water, sleep
  • 30-minute workouts, 5x/week
  • Weekly call (phone or in-person)

The Daily Check In Lite

This program is just the same as The Daily Check In above, however instead of a daily check in, we'll do check in's on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  


Clients graduate to this program after they've made good progress toward their goals, to help keep them on track.  Some graduate to this program after a few months of implementing their new habits.....this program works well if you are structured, and a good self motivator or if you just need a reminder a few times a week that you need to keep on track.
